My name is Linet Ombaka.
When i started taking mental health technique lessons, i was stressing over my past, i didn’t know how to handle my emotions, because i was always mad at people, mad over things that happened in my past. I was toxic, most people avoided me because i wasn’t approachable.
Then i took the lessons, and my life changed. I started being more cautious of my mental status. I learnt to let go and let God. I learnt to manage my emotions, most of the time i find myself calm even when I am supposed to be mad. My progress has shocked a lot of people, people who knew me to blast when i am pissed off now ask how i manage to stay calm in storms.
I realised something, i have learnt to focus on what i have and not what i don’t have. This way, i don’t stress over my next meal or what my future holds, because i know God’s got me.
Mind excellency techniques has even taught me how to pray. So many things have changed in my life, am now more aware of my now moment because i know it dictates my future.
