Lesson learnt from mind excellence techniques
Positive mindset :I should always think positive on whatever I do,believing that
yes I can, is still with me in every circumstances.
Setting goals and working on them- Have goals in life and focus to work on them
untill break through comes.
Always be gratefull -stop lamenting and complaining to GOD when passing
through trials instead always appreciate with every little you have.
A cheerfull giver-give from the heart to your father.
Focus on solving problems
From that day I started reading the book and listening to mum RUTHY’S audios, my life
has been transformed greatly ,I now understand my life, personality and my
interest.I am now happy because I can solve my problems on my own ,because I focus on
solutions to my problems.
Through the session ,I have been also able forget about the past and focus on my future
life.I have been healed and get composed ,I really thank God. Am yearning to transform
someones life out there from the lesson learnt.
Morning routine has also helped me to create time with my LORD, set target of the day
and stay focus.
TO MUM RUTHY WAWERU: You are a blessing to me sent by God, because you came at
the right time to teach me ,transform my life and also mentor me .love you more and
